Yes. When we launch, every plan will include a free trial period with full access to all features in your chosen tier. No credit card required. Register your interest and we’ll notify you as soon as we’re live.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new tier. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Team and Department plans are flat-rate per band, not per-seat. Team covers up to 25 users for one fixed price, and Department covers up to 100. You can add or remove users freely within your band limit without any price change.
Yes. Accredited EMS training programs get free access through our education partnership program through 2026. Individual students enrolled in an accredited program can also qualify. Contact us for details.
No. Every scenario in PCRU is synthetic, generated from clinical patterns rather than real patient charts. There is no PHI anywhere in the system, which means no HIPAA compliance overhead for your agency.
Your account becomes read-only. You can still view your history, but you cannot start new scenarios or receive feedback until you activate a paid subscription. No data is deleted.
Annual plans are billed as a single payment at the start of each year, at roughly a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. If you cancel mid-year, you retain access through the end of your paid period.
